Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm
Saturday from 8am until 12pm
There is postal and mail delivery service direct to flat from Monday to Saturday.
If residents are not at home, parcels and packages can be held on site and residents can collect them within the normal opening desk hours. A notice can be sent to the resident's email if previously provided.
Please wrap up your rubbish in plastic bags and place them in your cupboard (not outside in the corridors or in the goods lift). The caretaker will collect them every morning except Sunday.
Please do not put any type of sharp objects, broken glass, mirrors and knives in any rubbish bags that you leave in your flat cupboard that will be collected by the caretaker.
There is a recycling point in the ground floor loading bay. Please put all glass into the designated glass bin. Food tins, drinks cans, mixed paper, newspapers, cardboard and plastic bottles can all be put together into one of the bins for general, non-glass, recycling.
Bicycles may be stored in the Cycle Store situated on basement level B2 by prior arrangement at a cost of £20 per annum. An additional area is being provided on basement Level B1. Please note, bicycles are not permitted in the passenger lifts.
There is also a room available for storage of suitcases and large boxes. The cost is £12 per annum per suitcase equivalent item.
Cars can be parked in the Hilton Underground Carpark immediately beneath the building with direct access to and from the lifts at basement levels B1 and B2. A season ticket is available at a special price.
On-street parking is also available by application to Brighton Council under their Resident Parking Scheme (Zone Z).
