Building Works Proposal Form And Site Rules

Dear residents,

Before you can start any building works in your flat the Caretaker and Managing Agents need to know who, when and how is going to carry out the building works in your flat. This form must be signed by a resident or contractor prior to any works in the flat. Please download the form here or ask the Concierge for a copy.

We are aiming to ensure that all the necessary checks regarding health and safety, insurance documentation and emergency contact numbers, for example, have been exchanged prior to work starting. Contractors may be refused entrance if they are not complying with Building Safety and insurance regulations.

The caretaker can help with further information if required.
